We are Rick and Wilma, and are the proud owners of this delightful
Country house.
The villa with apartments is conveniently located in the heart of the “Le Marche” region.
It is situated 3 km from the medieval town of Penna San Giovanni, is about 40 minutes by car to the coast & beach, and approximately 40 minutes away from the beautiful National Park “Monti Sibillini”.
Villa PILOTTI apartments is surrounded by picturesque authentic villages and medieval towns. The beautiful 180 km Adriatic coastline with its cozy seaside resorts, sits within typical Marchian hilly landscapes. The flora and fauna is unique and divers, and the cuisine is authentic and delicious.
Activities in the immediate vicinity of Villa PILOTTI apartments include walking (routes, with / without mountain guide), cycling (mtb + race) and water sports. We are happy to advise you based on the level of activity that you desire.

Villa Pilotti apartments welcomes families, singles, and couples to enjoy and immerse themselves in the tranquility of this special location.
Each spacious apartment has its own garden seating area, access to the pool, use of the pool sun beds, and the sanctuary of a sun terrace from where you have great sunset view of the valley and mountains. Rental beach towel service (€3,- per person per stay.)
