B&B Pilotti has two comfortable and neatly furnished apartments and a detached bungalow. Each with a focus on privacy and tranquility. Whether you are traveling as a couple or with family, our accommodations offer everything for a pleasant stay. In the spacious garden, you can relax, read a book, cool off by the pool under the Italian sun, or enjoy the view, which changes at every moment of the day.

All the apartments have their own space with a table and chairs, perfect for sitting together. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and high-speed fiber optic WiFi.

We have a cozy cantina where games can be played at the large table. You can also enjoy breakfast here and later in the day a snack and a drink.

Our location is the perfect base for anyone who wants to explore Central Italy!

The rural setting of our apartments offers a breathtaking view of the Monti Sibillini mountains. From December to April, the mountain peaks are covered in snow.
The beach can be reached in 40-45 minutes by car, and Lago di Fiastra (a beautiful mountain lake) is also reachable in 40 minutes.
The Sibillini mountains, with beautiful hiking trails, Gola dell’Infernaccio – a walk between rocks and waterfalls, are all accessible within 30 minutes from our location.
