Apartment CASA VISTA (48 m2) possesses traditional elements of Italian architecture and design, and is interspersed with some Dutch influences.
It is a private, stand alone holiday home in the garden of Villa Pilotti. It has a terrace, and a magnificent 180 degree view into the valley and the Monti Sibillini mountains.
An overview of the apartment:
The living room has a dining table with comfortable chairs and an open kitchen. It has patio doors thats access a spacious private terrace (35m2), where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The terrace is equipped with patio furniture and a large umbrella.
There are two x 2-person bedrooms located on each side of the living room – each bedroom has its own wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet.
If desired, we can place an extra bed (for a 5th person) in the apartment.
All windows are double-glazed and have shutters and insect screens for your comfort! Apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living (cooling and heating) and is included in the rent.
Additional information
Arrival / departure for the CASA VISTA apartment is possible on any day . The arrival times are between 4 pm and 8 pm, the departure time is before 10:00 am. We may be able to arrange earlier/later arrival or departure times. It is advisible to discuss this upon making your reservation.
During the high season, the CASA VISTA apartment is available for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available both within the apartment and in the garden.
