The bright living/sleeping room is equipped with a dining table with chairs, a fold-out sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a 4-burner gas stove with extractor hood, sink, refrigerator, toaster, and cooking utensils.
The bathroom, located between the two rooms, is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
All windows have double glazing, shutters, and insect screens. The living area has air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
Outdoor Living
Thanks to the beautiful view from the apartment of the garden, the swimming pool, and the Monti Sibillini mountains, staying here is particularly pleasant. In the garden of Apartment Sibillini, a private seating area has been arranged where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner at your own table with chairs and an umbrella.
In addition, the swimming pool at B&B Villa Pilotti invites you to relax and cool off on warm days.

Arrival / departure for the Sibillini apartment is possible every day. The arrival times are between 3 pm and 8 pm, the departure time is 11:00 am. We may be able to arrange earlier/later arrival or departure times. It is advisable to discuss this upon making your reservation.
