Apartment Penna is a cozy 3-room apartment (50 m²), located on the first floor of B&B Pilotti, on the right side of the hallway. From the apartment and the garden, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the charming town of Penna San Giovanni. A great place for those seeking peace and quiet who appreciate comfort and an authentic setting.
The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people, with extra flexibility thanks to a sofa bed in the third room.

Bedroom:
The bedroom has two single beds that can be placed apart or together, and a compact wardrobe.
Living room with kitchenette:
The cozy living room is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a kitchenette, and a spacious wardrobe/storage cupboard. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove with extractor hood, sink, refrigerator, and cooking utensils.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
Third room:
This smaller room has a comfortable sofa bed, suitable for two children or one adult, and a small wardrobe/storage cupboard.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is located between the rooms and is accessible via a hallway with a coat rack.
All windows have double glazing, shutters, and insect-repelling screens, contributing to a pleasant stay.

Arrival / departure for the Penna apartment is possible every day. The arrival times are between 3 pm and 8 pm, the departure time is 11:00 am. We may be able to arrange earlier/later arrival or departure times. It is advisable to discuss this upon making reservation.
