Apartment Pilotti XL stands for comfort, tranquility, space, and convenience. This spacious 4-room apartment (75 m²) is located on the ground floor of B&B Pilotti and is ideal for guests who enjoy a roomy and comfortable stay in a green, peaceful environment.
Layout & Comfort
The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
In addition, Pilotti XL has a cozy living room with a wood stove and a large kitchen-dining area with a dining table, where you can enjoy long dinners and relaxing moments together.
The spacious kitchen-dining area is fully equipped with all conveniences, including a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a coffee maker, and various kitchen and cooking utensils.
The bedrooms are located on either side of the bathroom and are connected by a central hallway with a small wardrobe and a large storage closet. All windows are fitted with double glazing, shutters, and insect screens. The apartment also has air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
Outdoor Living
From both the living room and the kitchen, you have direct access to the spacious private terrace of 38 m², furnished with a large table and chairs. Thanks to its south-facing position, you can enjoy the sun here all day; for shade, the portico provides a pleasant spot.
The garden with fruit trees invites you to relax in the greenery. The outdoor swimming pool, open from mid-May, features a sun terrace with an outdoor shower, comfortable sun loungers, and seating areas. From here, you have a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains.

Arrival / departure for the PILOTTI XL apartment is only possible in high season. We rent out PILOTTI XL for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Arrival / departure is on Saturday. For the dates of the seasons and the corresponding prices please refer to the “Reservations / price list” or the calendar at the bottom of this page.
The rental price of this apartment includes breakfast.
