The Pilotti XL apartment is comfortable, private and convenient!
The 3-room apartment (area 75 m2) is furnished as follows:
* The apartment has two large bedrooms with double beds, each with a wardrobe;
* Luxurious bathroom with a (walk-in) shower, a sink and a toilet;
* The apartment offers a cozy living room with TV, wood stove and a large kitchen with a 4-person table.
* Apartment is equipped with air conditioning (heating and / cooling).
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, an electric oven and various kitchen utensils and pots and pans.
The bedrooms are each located on one side of the bathroom. The rooms are connected by a central hall with a small wardrobe and a large storage cupboard.
The living room and the kitchen lead out to a spacious, south facing private terrace (38 m2) furnished with seats, a table, and dining chairs.
You have shaded access to the sun throughout the day.
The beautiful fruit trees in our garden provide shade, should you wish to relax in nature. The outdoor swimming pool is open from the end of May, and has a sun terrace with an outdoor shower. The various sun beds and seats allow you to relax and enjoy offer you a view of the peaceful valley and beautiful mountains.
Windows in this apartment are double-glazed and have shutters and insect screens for your comfort!

Arrival / departure for the PILOTTI XL apartment is only possible in high season. We rent out PILOTTI XL for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Arrival / departure is on Saturday. For the dates of the seasons and the corresponding prices please refer to the “Reservations / price list” or the calendar at the bottom of this page.
The rental price of this apartment includes bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available inside the apartment,
and throughoutthe property (including the swimming pool).
No booking fees are charged.
